Application

Loan Funding
Once we have your completed loan application, we will issue a loan approval, or pre-approval within 24 hours. When you are ready to move forward with your loan, we will prepare your file, typcially working with a title company that will be assisting in the property acquisiion/loan. Then scheduling a time to fund your Loan.
